Acorn Management Services Limited (“We”) is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This policy (together with our terms and conditions at www.qwetu.co.ke/termsandconditions and any other documents referred to in it) sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it. 1. INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT FROM YOU

Information you give us. You may give us information about you by filling in forms on our site www.qwetu.co.ke (our site) or by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise. 5. WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

The data that we collect from you may be processed and stored outside of Kenya. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing of your data outside of the Republic of Kenya. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.
